Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts till 10 days from purchase of Key. Once your payment has been made, we guarantee refund of your 100% order value. Once Retailer filled the Refund Request form , refund will be credited to their mentioned UPI I’d in next 2-3 working days after proper validation by the Superkey team.

(NOTE- All your orders will be processed under 2 hours after the successful payment is made.)

To be eligible for a replacement, your purchased Superkey must have some issue.

To complete your replacement/refund, we will validate your purchase and consider the remaining key balance as per FIFO (First In First Out) Method.

We are only liable up to the amount paid by retailers to us and in any case, we are not liable to compensate for any losses happen to financed devices

Refunds

We  issue refunds , we  offer 10 days refund policy for your 100% order value. Not applicable for Gift items.

Replacement

We only replace items if they are not working properly. If you need to replace it for the same item, call our technical support team. The response arrive from our side will be treated as final. Replacement is valid till removal of your installed key.

Gifts

Gifts are not refundable but replaceable in case of any issue. Also , any order returned containing free keys will also be taken back and no refund will be issued for that gift.
